The Practice was presented with the opportunity to develop a scheme to suit the Client's brief including proposals for residential and office accommodation. The modest size building situated on the outskirts of Taunton required the Practice to obtain Planning Approval and also develop the design to a detailed level to allow the Client to undertake the building works.
