Having recently purchased a Farm House in Buckland St Mary, Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd was approached by the Client to develop proposals for an adjoining barn to provide additional living accommodation. The project offered the opportunity to develop a sensitive design in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Having obtained Planning Approval for a scheme consisting of a contemporary double height living room and office space situated on a mezzanine, the Practice developed the detailed design prior to monitoring the construction works on site until its completion in May 2007.
