Blorenge Guest House currently functions as a 35 bedroom Guest House within close proximity to the town centre. The Practice was approached by the Client to create proposals for a change of use into luxury flats. The proposal utilised the existing building with the addition of an extension to both ends of the building to create fourteen two bedroom flats. Planning Approval was obtained in December 2005 and the first phase completed in 2009.
