A purpose built industrial unit situated on a brownfield site on the outskirts of Wellington. The location of the site is approached by two roads, which required significant consultation with the Local Authorities in regards to Highway design and the appropriate location of the building.
The building design needed to incorporate a large warehouse storage area and sales department on the ground floor and external areas with office accommodation at first floor.
