Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd were commissioned to obtain change of use planning of a Grade II Listed building within Taunton town centre Conservation Area from a former retail shop to a restaurant use providing the building with a revitalised future.
Due to the building being unoccupied of a number of years prior to the commencement of the project, an extensive programme of restoration and alterations works to suit the requirements of the new Tea Room were over seen on behalf of both the Landlord and Tenant.
