A scheme was created to provide four two bedroom flats to an existing brownfield site. The site had been vacant for a number of years due to complicated site constraints consisting of neighbouring properties built on two sides of the plot and a public right of way running adjacent to the site.
The schemes design was based on the key aspects of style and design to reflect the traditional characteristics of the area.
