Padbrook Park Golfing and Leisure Centre is located on the Southern outskirts of Cullompton. Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd were appointed by a private client to develop the golfing facilities with a new driving range that consisted of 10 public bays and 1 private tuition bay.
The main concern was linking the new structure into its rural setting which is why shiplap green stained timber boarding was used on low level external walls and diagonal untreated timber boarding was used on high level external walls along with a green EuroClad profiled metal sheet roof.
