A major scheme consisting of eight townhouses, and sixteen flats on the southeast edge of Exeter and located on a vacant brownfield site. The schemes design was based on the key aspects of style and design to reflect the traditional characteristics of the area, and also the council's desire to reduce the dependency of residents on the car and to create a soft landscaped urban area.
