Having previously worked with the Client on a modest garden room to their property, the Practice was instructed to develop a design and oversee the construction of a two storey extension. The accommodation consisted of a study and library to the ground floor with an additional bedroom and en-suite facility to the first floor. The works were completed in 2008.
