Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd was approached by the client to provide a ‘Covered Summer Entertainment space’. The Garden Room was built as a replacement swimming pool covering, formed around a steel frame with feature oak trusses, a stone plinth wraps around the external envelope with large timber windows and doors to a covered veranda facing the garden. Works were completed in 2010.
