Padbrook Park Golfing and Leisure Centre is located on the western outskirts of Cullompton. Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd were appointed by the Principal Contractor, Barratt and Canniford Ltd to develop a new 40 bedroom hotel complex within the grounds to complement the existing facilities.
The building is set under a pitched tiled roof with a large eaves overhang to hook the building into the site whilst reflecting the scale and materials of the adjacent leisure complex and residential dwellings to the north.
The hotel complex greatly improves the visual amenities of the area whilst improving the facilities of Padbrook Park and the town of Cullompton.
