The Client’s brief for this project was to provide additional internal office facilities to the ground floor, further offices and staff accommodation on a new first floor mezzanine, together with a new showroom layout within the existing structure of the building. With an additional extension to house a Handover Bay and to bring their facilities in line with the corporate requirements, the dealership continued to trade from the site throughout the duration of the work.
