Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd was commissioned to obtain full planning permission for a single dwelling located within the village of Lyeard St Lawrence settlement limit. Following successfully obtaining Planning Consent the Practice was requested to produce working drawings to obtain Building Regulations approval together with overseeing the project on site through to completion.
The design of the new dwelling needed to take into account pre-application advice from the Local Authority regarding the building height and orientation and being of acceptable design within the Conservation Area whilst meeting the clients brief to provide a detached 4 bed roomed house over two floors.
