Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd was commissioned by Kingfisher Vets to relocate them from their existing outgrown premises. The practice was required to prepare a design and oversee the change of use and conversion of an existing carpet showroom into a new veterinary surgery. The new surgery included a main reception and waiting area, surgeries all fitted out to current requirements, sluice room and x-ray facilities. Through innovative design the existing single storey building was converted to include a new first floor level which included staff and storage facilities.
