A scheme consisting of five townhouses, one coach house and ten flats on the northwest edge of Plymouth and located on a vacant brownfield site.
The principles of the scheme's design were based on the existing site topography which included significant level changes across the site. Extensive consultation was had with the Local Authority to provide the desired mix of properties within the site and to provide a distinctive style and design of architecture not present within the existing area.
