Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd was commissioned by a regional developer to develop the original Planning Drawings in a detailed design. The site proposed a variety of design problems due to its site topography which is located on the side of a cliff beside a quarry.
Therefore innovative design was required not only in the appearance of the building, but also in the construction phase of the works.
The site location provides significant views of the surrounding area and predominately across the sea front.
The development consists of thirteen properties including two Town Houses, nine Apartments, one Maisonette and a Coach House.
