A scheme consisting of a terrace of six two bed roomed houses and two flats set within the village of North Curry on a brownfield site within the development limits of the settlement.
The principles of the schemes design were based on the existing site topography with a linear development constructed in a style to compliment the surrounding residential property styles.
Due to the site adjoining the Conservation Area extensive consultation was had with the Local Authority to provide the desired mix of properties within the site and to provide a distinctive style and design of architecture. The scheme was constructed and completed in early 2011.
