Bakers Barn, Oake is a converted stone barn with tiled roof that was originally converted to a dwelling in the 1980’s.
The proposal was to replace an existing single storey lean-to extension at the eastern end of the main building designed in a style that was in keeping and complimentary to the existing dwelling, with a 1½ storey extension with a pitched roof, forming extended living accommodation comprising of a ground floor kitchen, utility, shower room and laundry room with a new master bedroom with en-suite to the first floor.
