The project situated at No.1 East Reach, Taunton involved the conversion of a Listed Building into offices on the ground floor and residential accommodation above. In addition, a new building was erected alongside providing more residential accommodation. The overriding design principle was to ensure the new building respected the existing scale of the street scene.
