Project Realisation

Trevor J Spurway (Architect) Ltd work with a range of Partnering Building Contractors, from small to large, who can provide the construction management, skills and expertise to help ensure projects are realised on time and within budget.  

Often projects will require experienced Consultants to work with the Building Contractor and the Practice undertakes this coordination as part of its Building Contract Administration duties.

The Practice has experience in Traditional Contracts, Partnering Contracts and Design and Build Contracts as required to suit the type of project or Client requirements.
